Grocery Rewards Savings

Using your Loyalty Rewards Card entitles you to receive instant savings on hundreds of products throughout the store and exclusive offers on the products you use most. Watch for special Loyalty Rewards Savings signs throughout the store.

Fuel Rewards Savings

Shop at Byron Market Place to receive special gas discounts on items throughout the store. During the introduction of our Loyalty Rewards Program - members automatically receive:

• 2¢ off per gallon every time you make a $15.00 qualifying Market Basket purchase with your Loyalty Rewards Card at Byron Market Place.
• Make a $25.00 qualifying Market Basket purchase and earn a total of 3¢ off per gallon of gas.
• Make a $50.00 qualifying Market Basket purchase and receive a total of 6¢ off per gallon of gas.

Earn even more when you shop our aisles and buy specially marked FUEL REWARDS items. These items have a sign specifying how many cents per gallon your purchase is worth. Here is an example of how you can accrue rewards:

• If you used your Loyalty Rewards Card today and spent $50 on a qualifying purchase, you would receive 6¢ on your Loyalty Rewards Card.
• Shop again tomorrow - make a $30.00 qualifying purchase and receive another 3¢ per gallon. These gas rewards accrue on your card.
• Insert your Loyalty Rewards Card into the card reader at our Legacy Motor Fuels gas pumps and redeem your 9¢ off/gallon up to 15 gallons of gas.

Fuel Rewards & Regulations

CONSUMER CANNOT USE ANY OTHER FUEL DISCOUNT OFFERS, CARDS, COUPONS OR PROMOTIONAL OFFERINGS WITH THE REWARDS CARD.

Your rewards accrue on your card and are available as per gallon gas discounts for 30 days from the time you earn them - once they expire they are unavailable. Your rewards are available on a maximum of 15 gallons of gas. Maximum discount can reduce your price down to 1 cent per gallon.

Your accrued discounts cannot exceed the total price per gallon of gas. In the event your total does exceed the price per gallon of gas - all unredeemed discounts will be sacrificed - and your account will be reset to zero. All available Gas Rewards are used each time you purchase fuel at the pumps. You cannot "hold, share or use partial amounts" of your reward fuel discounts. In the event you lose your card - you will sacrifice all of your Fuel Rewards. Fuel Rewards have no cash value. Consumer is responsible for any federal, state or local sales tax that may be applicable. Byron Market Place reserves the right to cancel this offering or modify the rules governing this program at anytime and is not responsible for redeeming any discounts beyond the cancelation date. To receive your Market Basket discounts - you must attain the purchase levels specified - we will not round up - nor can you hold a partial amount of a purchase towards your next purchase.

Qualifying purchases does not include - gift cards, money orders, pharmacy, gas, diesel, liquor, lottery or tobacco purchases. From time to time - Byron Market Place reserves the right to amend or disclude items from this gas program.

Loyalty Rewards Card promotions cannot be used in conjunction with commercial charge accounts. Other rules may apply – check store for additional rules.
